100g epsom salts

50g shea butter

25g coconut oil

20 drops of essential oil

Silicone moulds or ice cube trays (kmart have some really cute inexpensive options)

Essential Oil Recommendations

Lavender, Geranium, Bergamot

  1. Combine the shea butter and coconut oil in a glass bowl and heat until completely melted using either a microwave or thermal appliance such as a thermomix.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into moulds and place into the freezer to set. Setting time will vary depending on the size of your moulds.
