Bath Melt Recipe
Do you want skin softer than a baby's bottom?
My Bath Melt Recipe is divine (even if i do say so myself).
Watch as the ingredients melt into the bath water and onto your skin. The lush ingredients will leave your skin incredibly soft.
This recipe has no nasties which means they are gentle enough for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients
100g sodium bicarbonate
100g epsom salts
50g shea butter
25g coconut oil
20 drops of essential oil
Silicone moulds or ice cube trays (kmart have some really cute inexpensive options)

Lavender, Geranium, Bergamot
Method
- Combine the shea butter and coconut oil in a glass bowl and heat until completely melted using either a microwave or thermal appliance such as a thermomix.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into moulds and place into the freezer to set. Setting time will vary depending on the size of your moulds.
- Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge if you can, particularly in the warmer months.
To Use
Pop a couple of melts into the bath water, watch them melt and enjoy!
