Want smooth, wrinkle free hydrated skin? You must give these recipes a try!
Here are my 4 most frequently used roller bottle recipes to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes and dehydrated skin.

In the Morning

After washing my face but before applying any makeup or sunscreen I like to spritz 2-3 sprays of the ‘hydrating’ mist over my face and neck. This spritzer is a fantastic way to put some moisture into your skin without feeling sticky or greasy.
Tip: this recipe is specifically created for anyone who like me, doesn’t have the time to wait or a carrier oil-based moisturiser to absorb into the skin before applying makeup or sunscreen

Hydrate

1 tsp fractionated coconut oil

6 drops of frankincense

4 drops of lavender

Fill remainder of 10ml rolling spritzer bottle with rose water

In the Evening

Now this routine may seem a little OTT (over the top) but if you have your 3 roller bottle blends readily available it takes no time at all. And the best part is you can tailor the blends to specifically target different areas of your face particularly great for those people with combination skin.
Step 1. After washing my face I roll the ‘smooth’ blend over my face avoiding the laughter line area around the eyes and any blemishes.
Step 2. Then I apply the ‘wrinkle’ blend over my laughter and fine lines as well as any forehead creases or wrinkles.
Step 3. To finish I quickly dab the ‘spots’ blend on any blemishes I have at the time. And you're done.

Smooth

10 drops of an essential oils suitable for your skin type I like to use a combination of myrrh to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and sandalwood for smooth glowing skin
Fill remainder of 10ml bottle with a carrier oil of your choice

Wrinkles

½ tsp rosehip oil

½ tsp vitamin e oil

5 drops lavender

10 drops frankincense

10 drops geranium

5 drops myrrh

Fill remainder of 10ml bottle with jojoba oil

Spots

10ml apple cider vinegar or;

10 drops tea tree

10 drops juniper berry

10 drops lavender

½ tsp fractionated coconut oil

I like to keep the essential oil to carrier oil ratio quite high to really fast track the disappearance of any blemishes.
