INGREDIENTS

30ml spritzer bottle

1 tsp fractionated coconut oil

20ml water (distilled, purified or boiled & cooled)

20 drops of essential oil

RECOMMENDED ESSENTIALS OILS TO USE

10 drops of peppermint & 5 drops each of lavender & tea tree

10 drops of lemongrass & 5 drops each of patchouli & lavender

20 drops of do TERRA terra armour (outdoor blend)

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a 30ml spritzer bottle. Shake thoroughly to combine.

TO USE

Spray liberally on arms, legs & exposed skin avoiding eye area.
