3 x 100g jars
2 cups epsom salt
100g coarse himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp natural colour (mica, powdered food colouring, turmeric, spirulina, beetroot powder - optional)
30 drops of essential oil (our favourite suggestions below)
15 drops lavender peace and 15 drops wild orange
15 drops citrus bliss and 15 drops balance
15 drops lavender and 15 drops eucalyptus
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Transfer into jars.
Add 1 cup to a running bath of warm water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Shelf life 12+ months.
