Shipping rates vary in price depending on the total weight of your order, and YES we agree that shipping is a waste of money! So we have invested a lot of time shopping around to provide you with the least expensive, cost effective ways to get your goodies to you in an efficient and safe manner. We have aligned ourselves with two different courier company’s and between them both and Australia Post we are 100% confident we can provide you with the least expensive shipping rates available. We have even checked out all our competitors shipping rates to ensure this is the case!

Glass is one of the most expensive products to ship. Not only is it fragile but it is also very heavy.

Orders will generally be processed within 24 hours however, during busy times processing may take a little longer but we will always let you know if there is going to be a delay.
